29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Sit on the fabulous terrace and enjoy the warm Mediterranean nights, cease in the light of the stars and enjoy the sun quietly. If you prefer, go to tourism and enjoy the animated Paseo de Denia.

- Kitchen: American kitchen fully equipped with microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, squeezer, pans and pots, wine glasses, glasses and cups, etc. ... bar with stools and access to a barbecue terrace.
- Rear terrace: dining table, chairs and a beautiful work barbecue.
- 2 bedrooms on the ground floor:
- 1 outdoor room with marriage bed, built -in closet, flat and a/a with heat pump.
- 1 outdoor room with individual bed and a/a with heat pump.
- 1 bathroom with shower.
- First floor: We access through exterior stairs located on the rear terrace to the third room. It is a beautiful roof study with wooden beams, when accessing we find an glazed terrace that makes room, it has a sofa and a center table and gives us access to the terrace and the room. When accessing the stay we find a small service kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It has a marriage bed and two armchairs.
- Exterior: The front of the house has a flowery and colorful exterior space with sun loungers, which gives us access to an glazed and equipped with a corner sofa and center table.

The Vergel is a small municipal term of 8.16 km², occupies part of the Delta del Río Girona that forms an extensive irrigation zone specialized in citrus. West of the population is the Segaria mountain, 6 km long. Limit with the municipalities of Beniarbeig, Benimeli, Pego, Denia, Ondara and Els Poblets.
Denia is the city of the Spanish Levante with more moorings per inhabitant, its nautical tourism attracts to its coasts to which they want to navigate, do rowing, kayak, paddle surfing, water motorcycle, etc. It is a privileged enclave of the ideal Mediterranean Sea to practice sports and nautical activities.
