Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this typical Catalan coastal flat located just 30 metres from the beach in Calafell!
This two-bedroom flat can accommodate up to 4 guests. It also has a bathroom and a toilet, a spacious vintage-style living-dining room and a separate kitchen. This accommodation is located on the first floor without a lift, and is ideal for those who are looking for peace and comfort above all else during their holiday. Furthermore, from its terrace you can enjoy beautiful views of the city but also of the sea, allowing the flat to enjoy plenty of ventilation thanks to the sea breeze.
Due to its central location, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and other services are only a few steps away, making the use of a car practically unnecessary.
The ideal flat to enjoy a typical Mediterranean holiday.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.
1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h. and Check-ins that end after 21:00h will have a supplement of €50.
